Hour Of Twilight: Boss fights to guide you to victory!

The Hour of Twilight is the last but not least of the 3 new awesome Heroic instances implemented into Patch 4.3 that show the story line that leads up to the Dragon Soul raid and the final fight with Deathwing the Destroyer of worlds.

Arcurion

The very 1st boss in the Hour of Twilight is against an ice ascendant called Arcurion (looks similar to the council boss in BoT). He has a couple skills that players have to avoid, all of which are ice based. He has an ice grip that deals a lot of damage to his main target, and an AOE freeze that traps all players in place for 10 seconds. An Important attack to avoid is the Arcurion’s icy tomb. This attack traps Thrall in ice and he needs to be freed asap or he will be killed and you will lose the fight. In addition above the fight there are elementals throwing down ice onto players. The ground will be marked where these blocks of ice will land, so you need to constantly move to avoid them.

Asira Dawnslayer

The 2nd boss in the dungeon is Asira Dawnslayer a Blood Elf assassin. Asira has a couple abilities such as Mark of Silence, that targets a player and then if that player casts a spell while marked Asira flings a knife at them which hits you for damage and has a 2.5 second silence. Asira also has a smoke bomb skill that blocks line of sight and does a lot of damage to anyone in it. For her final move she has a shield ability called Blade Barrier that has 2 lvls. While the first tier is up all damage done to her below 30,000 is dropped to 1 damage until you deal more than that in 1 hit, once that is knocked down she gains a lesser one that is the same but 25,000 damage limit.

Archbishop Benedictus

The final battle in Hour of Twilight is against the Archbishop. Once Thrall makes it inside to Wyrmrest Temple Archbishop Benedictus yells at the group and demands the dragon soul for himself. Of course you must say no and then the pwnage begins :D.

The battle is pretty much two phases and has more mechanics and stuff to avoid then the three new heroic instances. He has a AOE attack called Righteous Shear which you must stack up for, that hits the player and your companions for damage and also does damage based on the number of stacks of Righteous Shear on the target. He also has orbs of light attack that he sends out at random targets that blow up when they hit the ground dealing a lot of AOE damage and knocking anyone in the AOE backwards. For his final attack he can summon a wave of virtue that moves across the room dealing heavy damage to anyone in its way. Must avoid this to win the fight
